Where We Ship
The Longevity MD currently ships within the United States only. We are working on opening additional destinations and will announce them on this page when they are live.
Free Shipping On Every Order
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There is no threshold to reach and no shipping charge added at checkout.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches or busy periods processing can take slightly longer, and we will let you know by email if that happens.
Delivery Times
Once your order leaves our fulfilment partner, standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a second email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Split Shipments
Larger orders are sometimes packed and dispatched in more than one parcel, which means items can arrive a day or two apart. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.
Delays Outside Our Control
Carrier backlogs, severe weather and customs inspections can add time to a delivery. We track every order and will keep you updated if something is running late.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before you complete checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
