This one is a flexible belt, so the light sits directly against skin wherever you fasten it: lower back, waist, abdomen, knee or shoulder. 120 beads split evenly between 660 nm visible red and 850 nm near infrared, which reach different depths, and the wired controller sets brightness, pulse mode and a timer.
